It is possible to make a balanced cookie that also tastes amazing, while having a healthier cookie may not sound as enticing as a cookie that is filled with sugars, fats, or sweet candy. It might be somewhat difficult to understand, but cookies can be added to healthy ingredients and substitutes so that they retain their flavor, but they are not as bad for you.
